全鋼防靜電地板機房專
底板采用深級拉伸鋼板,面板采用硬質SPCC鋼板,上下鋼板沖壓、
點焊成形，外表經磷化進行噴塑處理，中間空殼填充發泡水
泥，經過養護后形成穩定的承載結構，上表面可貼耐磨防靜電
HPL貼面或者PVC貼面，搭配聯網支架和方管橫梁，螺釘組裝。
The panel is made of high quality deep stretch coil steel sheet and
SPCC steel sheet, which is punched, spot-welded,coated with epoxy
powder after has beenphosphorated. Thepanel is filled with foamed
cement inside.Afterbeing kept fora period of time, if forms a stable
support structure. Thetopsteel is stuck with anti-wear and antistatic
HPL. And thepanel isinstalled with stringer and pedestal.
HPL(三聚氰胺貼面)是較為常用的貼面,維護簡單,表面耐久、耐
高溫、防塵、防震、防火、抗磨損，具有完美的防靜電功能，
尤適用于南方機房。
PVC表面耐久、耐高溫、防塵、防震、防火、抗磨損，不僅適用
于南方機房，還適用于環境溫度和濕度達不到國標規范的北方
機房。
有邊防靜電地板：四周有PVC導電黑便條

系統組裝由地板、橫梁、支座組成。橫梁和自身高度可調的
支座用螺釘連結成穩固的下部支承系統，地板鑲嵌入橫梁圍
成的方格內。
（1）全鋼組件、機械強度高、承載能力強、防火性好；
（2）表面靜電噴塑，柔光、耐磨、防腐蝕；
（3）粘貼的裝飾高壓層板，耐磨性及防靜電性能優
良、抗污染、便于清洗、裝飾性強；
（4）尺寸精度高、互換性能好、組裝靈活、維護方便。

（1）清潔場地，確保地面平整、干燥、無雜物、無灰塵；
（2）拉水平線，并將地板安裝高度用墨線彈到墻面上，保證鋪設后的地板在同一水平內，測量
室內的長度、寬度及選擇基準位置，并在地面彈出安裝支座的網絡格線；
（3）將要安裝的支座調整到同一需要的高度并將支座擺到地面網格線的十字交點處；
（4）用安裝螺釘將橫梁固定到支座上，并用水平尺、直角尺逐一校正橫梁，使之既在同一平面
內又相互垂直；
（5）用吸板器在組裝好的橫梁上放置活動板；
（6）安裝地板時用水泡水平儀逐塊找平；在機房設置較重設備時，可在設備基座的地板下加裝
支座，以防地板變形；
（7）地板安裝完畢封邊并清潔表面，使地板更牢固、整齊、美觀。
